My Background & Experience

I hold a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.  For more than 25 years I have helped organizations, staff, and couples move from conflict toward connection — combining a solid grounding in conflict resolution with the best of modern research.

I am the innovator of the Conflict Analysis Tool used in my practice.  I have taught master’s-level students in the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, served as an Approved Educational Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors, and am a Certified Facilitator for Prepare-Enrich.  I have written dozens of articles for various publications and am the author of the book, Hope in the Face of Conflict.  I have also been interviewed more than 20 times on radio and television.

Whatever is straining your marriage, you’ll be working with someone who has spent decades helping people find their way back to each other.
