The CAT Helps Couples

CAT Self-Help Marriage Report for Couples
Reduce Conflict   -   Rebuild Their Emotional Bond   -   Live in Peace

The Conflict Analysis Tool (CAT) is a self-help tool that enables couples to reduce conflict, rebuild their emotional bond, and live in peace.  Unlike other tools for couples, the CAT has you focus on your core issues, not just surface ones.  Having developed and personally used this instrument with over 500 of my own in-office clients, I know how useful this unique tool is for helping couples communicate at the level they need to in order to connect with each other.

The Process.  After you complete the online questionnaire you will receive your own 25+ page scored report.  Some of your answers will contain sensitive information that you may not be ready to share with your spouse.  Because each partner has their own report, you are able to reveal your thoughts at a level that is safe, unfolding, and productive.  As the dialogue advances, and through the use of the CAT's bond-building exercises, you can comfortably share more of your answers.  The ultimate goal is open dialogue, increase transparency, be fully reconciled, and strengthen your bonds of affection.

Take the Assessment Before You Pay for It!  Rather than guess at what is "behind the curtain," view the assessment first.  Read the questions.  Fill-in your answers.  Then decide if you want to pay to receive your scored report.

Cost.  The cost is $30 per person.  The price includes one individual scored report, plus over 20 helpful supplemental couple's exercises and resources.  Receive your report one business day after completing it.  Because this self-help tool is designed to be a communication tool for couples, both of you need to take the CAT to benefit from it the most.

Your Identity is Protected

How Anonymity is Maintained

In addition to your optional use of a secure email address such as Protonmail.com (see "Secure Email" below), we will not print your complete identity in the CAT report.  Items such as your last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, gathered during registration, are purposely left out of the report.  Only your first name is used.

Secure Email

If you do not want partner to have email access to your CAT results, in less than 2 minutes you can set-up a free and secure email account with www.ProtonMail.com.  Your completed CAT report will be sent to this new email address.  After you log-in to your ProtonMail account you can privately read and/or print your results from there.
